Buying the Engine at Auction

Oops, I'm the winning bidder on a Lister type stationary engine auctioned off on eBay. I've been watching these engines go and this was #3 I think. First time I saw one I knew I had to get one to tinker with. Now, I have to deal with getting this 700 lb cast iron engine shipped from Maine to Pennsylvania.

Ah, but before I do anything I should tell my wife Pam. I don't think I can sneak this engine down to the basement and wait for the right moment to tell her what I'm up to!!
