Engine Delivery

Engine was delivered at 1 pm. After a few delivery snafus, we successfully got the crated engine inside the garage. I spent a few hours taking the crate apart and when I had most of it removed I could get a good picture of the mighty engine. Geez, 700 lb of cast iron is absolutely immovable without machinery. I mean you can't wiggle it or twist it or jockey it. So I have to figure out how to get my engine hoist around and over this machine so I can lift it off the pallet it came on.

Well better get busy and build a cart so I can roll it around. Not going to get any 8 foot 4 x 6 timbers in my little mazda sedan. Hey nephew Mark with the suburban. Off we go to Lowe's.
